Anyway Have you checked the FICM Voltage?????
Any other Drivability Issue besides the DTC????
Any Smoke??????
Any Recent work?????
What are you uising to read DTC with?????

Couple things come to mind here
1. You must be Cranking/Starter Engauged while checking CMP/CKP Sync
2. There are several diffrent codes for Sync so you may have wrong Code. This is a Good gauge to have Setup on SGII when the truck runs so you can verify the Code is Correct
so did this CMP/CKP Sync Gauge work Before the troubles???or are you trying to program it now????
I can dig a few more SGII Codes up for sync if need be

OOH OK it does run then you have the wrong SGII code for sync
NO Sync NO RUN
try these codes
SYC 07E02209CD 0462050906CD 3000 000100010000 Camshaft & Crankshaft in sync (1 = in sync, 0 = not in sync)
SYC 07E02209CD 0462050906CD 3001 000100010000 Camshaft & Crankshaft in sync (1 = in sync, 0 = not in sync)there could be 1 more code for sync try these first
and also program FICM SYNC
FSN 07E02209CD 0462050906CD 3601 000100010000 FICM Sync (0=No, 1=Yes)

Its a 2006 f350. The ficm is in. Sync. I will try that x code thank you. I fear it is a injector

Try those codes
Your truck is in Sync
CMP/CKP has to acheive Sync First before FICM will Sync
but good to get correct code programed while its running
If those codes dont work post back

Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
