ive washed mine a couple times I just tried not to spray right on the cops, mine missed a little but the more i ran it the better it ran so i would say odd are you are ok
Remove the coils and look down in the spark plug well for water. If you find water in a well blow it out with compressed air. Driving around with a constant misfire will damage the converters. Do not use a pressure washer to clean the engine. The high pressure will force water into areas that should not get wet.
