if they have a grease fitting on them it will look like a tiny ball. if so just put a grease gun on them and pump it a few times. if it doesn't have that fitting then it cant be greased.
you can do it yourself if you have the right tools, advance auto and maby auto zone have a loaner tool you can use to press the ball joints out on the truck without removing the control arm. it looks like a giant c clamp.
