engine missing
well i started my truck today around 4 o'clock after having parked it for about three days and it started with a terrible miss that makes it ilde really rough and loud. the day i parked it, it had been running fine. now it can berely move. i took it to a friend so he cook scan it with his scanner and could not get a response from the computer. don't know what to look for so if you guys could lead me in some way i'd really appreciate it.

Engine Missing.....Did you call the cops and file a report yet?

No but really sounds like its valve cover wiring related. Pull the 4 connectors on the valve cover and check for burned connectors. Then use this article to test the under cover wiring.
