ok i've been wrestling this thing for a month or so now...i thought i had a problem with my new stage II's so i was about to pull them when i discovered the melted wiring harness on my passenger side...this explains my miss... so the internal harness is gone on one terminal, front and rear, the outside harness has on terminal gone on the front...the rear is fine...ford wants 560.00 for a complete harness and say that i can't get just a replacement end for the outside terminal...the valve gasket was about 60.00, the internal harness's are 55.00/pcs....those i can handle but not the 560.00....does anyone make a kit to replace the end on the external harness?
In addition to Ricks list here are some pigtail connectors to repair the engine harness. The shop just got some of these from the local dealer. pretty good setup though they were twice as much. Powerstrokeshop.com
