cheap work truck

At the dealer here where we got our Escape, they have a few '07 F150 XL regular cab 2wd's with the 4.6l all in white for $13,999. Not sure if they are new our have some klm's on them, but would make a decent work truck.

Sounds reasonable depending on the klms and condition though I`d want a Super Cab.
White sounds great too!

that is relatively cheap and definately be a good work truck, but i gotta agree with Fom. after having a regular cab and crew cab, the crew/ext cab is so much nicer even for a work truck as you have lots of space to put paperwork or tools that must not even smell rain...

I sure like the looks of a nice reg cab shortbox truck for a sporty run around kinda truck, but those trucks would be great work trucks for the right person.

After having a supercab I wouldnt want to be without one,t hey do come in very handy.

Seems like a good price on a work truck though I prefer Supercab at least if not crew as well the reg cab look a little funny on these years with those little back doors that open for easier access behind the seat

The Ford reg. cabs also have four doors and a fair bit of room behind the seat, but I too would rather have a supercab/crewcab.

started '04-'08. they stopped it for '09 though, lots of complaints about poor visibility from the huge bar. what they've done now it put the supercab doors on the regular cab. you still get the room behind the seat, but no problems with visibility.

I dunno about the whole supercab doors on a regular cab, but i guess they got their reasons for it.
