Lower Shock mounts?

Does anyone know were I can find the lower shock mounts for the forward shocks on a dual shock front end? I have looked in the catalogs for Jeff's, LMC, any a couple others, the Ford parts counter guy just looks at me like I'm crazy. Locations or part #s would be appreciated.

Are you talking about the little threaded stub that sticks out?

From All the pictures I've seen there is actually a bracket that bolts on in the area of the spring/radius arm. Am I wrong?

I'm working on a 93 It's actually a 2wd, but I'm planning a prerunner style lift and wanted to do a dual shock setup. I know the 2wd didn't have this but I know the 4wd did. Am I trying to do the impossible here?
