Just wondering
I was just wondering if anybody out there has the same setup as I do, or if i'm the only one with Frankenstein for a truck.

70 something Highboy Frame
9 " rear
Dana 44 Front
351 C (I know they didn't come in trucks, but that's what's in her)
NP435 transmission (302 bellhousing for some reason)
Dana 21 transfer case

1979 F350,4x4,NP435,5:13 gears,Detroit locker in rear with hardened shafts,ABR in the front,360 with 428 crank & rods,390 HP heads,Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch,MSD Ignition,39.5x18 Boggers,bucket seats out of a Lightning,& a Southern Body that is perfect.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 27-Feb-02 AT 01:05 PM (EST)]Lesse, the 82 is a real Frankenstein. 1982 Frame, cab, box and rear axle, mostly 82 interior, with a 95 split bench seat. That's not too bad, but, here's the fun part: 1985 NP 435, 1978 NP 205, 85 Dana 44 TTB, 1984 F150 springs, then there's the engine, 84 300HD short bock, 66 240 head, 82 intake. There's the ARB and Strange nodular housing in the 9" I picked up from a Mustang guy, and, a bunch of other good stuff like that...
