Howdy from Texas....
Howdy y'all. 
Thought I'd get my 1st post out of the way here. Been on this site before over the years, just never signed up. But now that I just got my '08 STX, thought I might join the crowd.
My STX is not my 1st Ford truck. Still have my '92 F-150 Custom ext-cab with a 4.9, bought her new in 92. 172k miles and still going strong. Dealer didn't wanta give squat for trade-in, so the '92 will be up for sale soon, anyone in FtWorth/Dallas area interested?
Before my '92 I had a '88 Ranger XLT. Great lit' truck, put 94k on it before trading her in for the '92 F-150.
And I have a '01 Focus ZX3 for daily driving.
Dam glad I got off my buttocks and got a '08, cause the '09 has a butt-ugly grill and headlights.
Just MHO. Don't know what Ford has done to the interior with the '09, but don't matter now.
Enuff fer now, just wanted to say hey.
