Kenwood DDX712
Just installed a new head unit. Could not take 1 more minute of the stock stereo. So now I'm 
Just the changing out of the head unit makes the speakers sound 10x's better. I got the Ipod hookup with it for now. I'll get the GPS later when the prices drop.
here's a couple pics. BTW, the install kit they sent with the unit was junk. I ended up using the universal metal box that came from Kenwood and riveted some brackets to that to bolt up to the dash brackets for the factory stereo, much more solid.
