Gear reduction starter

I have a early 99 starts ok but winter is coming and I was watching the powerstroke help and sugested going with newer style starter.gear reduction..has anyone done this and what did you buy use etcccc............

I have DB electrics gerar reduction starter and it works great
trucks starts good with temps in low fifties without glow plugs
