Help!I need some advice,,I won't to replace the oil seals in the front and rear of my 360cid, what else should I do while I'm in there. It's in a 75 F-250 H-Boy. thanks in advance Tin-man

might as well do all the main and rod bearings, I did not and really regret it. It will be alot of work though

Look up PAW.com they offer complete engine kits for the 360 for around

Deluxe engine rebuild kit 194.00
-piston rings
-rod bearings
-main bearings
-oil pump
-complete engine gasket set
-timing chain set

thats what i would do, it waould also make it easier to inspect the rest of the engine for excesive wear on parts that might fail after you do the seals

Since the 360 has the same bore as a 390 (4.05"), I'd suggest building that 360 into a 390.

You'll need a 390 crank, pistons and rods. All the other parts (rod/main bearings, rings, gaskets, etc etc) are the same for 360/390's.
