clutch issue solved
some of you might no i am in the process or swappin the body of my 87 f350 for a 1995 f150. well i am almost done and got my clutch hooked up and its smooth an easy to push before with the old cab it pused hard and went into gear hard, made yer leg hurt after a long drive. i figured the clutch was getting bad. anyway i looked at my old pedal assembly and after removing it i found the aluminum housing was cracked. just figued id share this incase somone else is havein these issues

There is a Tech service bulletin re that pedal assembly cracking/wearing and the firewall cracking causing hard clutch disengagement.

i heard of the firewall thing but not the pedal assembly cracking, i finally drove it today, its a whole new animal to drive and is going to take a while to get use to i keep slammin the clutch to the fllor because i thinks its gonna push hard. i'll try yo get some pics soon
