missing 2003
My 03 f150 4.6 seems to have developed a miss,the truck hasnt been used much over the summer but when i started it the other day it was missing badly,i changed the fuel filter(thought it may have water in the fuel from condensation) and it may have made it alittle better.Mabey it just needs a good long drive? it worked perfect before i parked it.can you replace the wires on the 4.6 or is it just a coil pack?
also when i did take it out for a drive the horn went off 5 times buy itself while i was driving...this was kinda wierd????
any help would be great.

ok so i guess the only way to find out if there is a bad coil pack is to put it on a scanner? the more i drive it the better it seems to work???I know i had water in my fuel last winter mabey its still in the tank.
