351M transmission swaps
I just started resto on a '78 F-150 4X4 (4sp man, 205 case, 351M). I'd like very much to fit a more modern 5sp manual behind the 351. Does anyone know if a 5sp from say... a '95 straight six or other year/motor combos would work with it? I LOVE the granny 1st gear but I'd also like that overdrive up there... Any helps greatly appreciated!!!
