Int manny vac leak

'84 f250 460 2wd orig owner.
Just rebuilt the motor.
Zero decked the block.
Been fighting vac issues.
Fixed the egr spacer vac issue and discovered what seems to be an intake manny vac leak on a couple of intake ports at the mating surfaces.

Question.... Has anybody run into this after a Zero deck?
I'm gonna wind up pulling the dang thing to make sure but the 'ol spray test indicates a leak.

The heads are untouched, intake is stock. Used Fel-Pro.

Back when my brothers and I were running a chevy hobby stocker on the dirt tracks, we ran a 327 that had been decked and the heads where planed. I had to run 2 intake gaskets on each side to get it to seal. Just an idea. Worked good on the race car.
