When I needed coil springs for my '69 f100 I went to the local spring shop. Actually I needed springs for a 2" lift but they had stock springs available. I would try there first.
i got mine from LMCTRUCK.COM, i actually ordered 2" lowering spring but i know they do oe springs also. or if you wanna check price difference i know NPD has them also.
You want to get the correct front springs by load rates. Springs for F350's are not the same as F100/250's used, despite what some of these aftermarket parts dealers tell you.
There are at least 5 load rates.
Look at your present front springs, are there any visible color bands?
If so, post the colors here.
I can prolly find you the correct front springs on Monday.
I found no listing for my '70 F350 DRW. A friend of mine found an old spring guy who had an out of print catalog. It called for moog cc828 springs. They are a variable rate spring and fit fine. I bought them from my local parts guy for about $120. The truck seems to ride nice and handle plenty of weight.
