1990 idle bouncing
ok its a 90 f150 5.0 5 speed 2 wheel drive. at almost any time when its idling cold warm or hot the rpms will sometimes go up a little from 700 too 850 or go down a little 700 too 550 or so i have a cold air intake on it and i can hear it start to suck air different different sounds when it does its idle trick to me it only does it randomly,and only sometimes. ive got a new iac and cleaned it too checked all my vacume lines cleaned the egr valve and replaced egr valve posistion sensor . its really starting to bug me its been doing it for about a month now i kinda need some help thnxs.

Unscrew the tube on the bottom of the EGR valve and drop a penny in it, screw it back on. Not too tight to deform the tube but enough for no leaks.
Try it that way for a little while and if it does not do it any more check for vacuum at the egr valve at idle. If you have vacuum at idle replace the EGR solenoid if not replace the EGR valve.
After you fix it remove the penny.
