What a great start.........
i just wanted to let you all know the 8 grand repair and upgrades to the truck is almost finished, my engine really needed some help,
it had to have a new injector cups, injectors, all fluids changed, tires and a bunch of other stuff, i went ahead and put the head studs in it since we had to pull the heads and got the truck running and just put about 600 miles on it since it came home.
i been reporting that my transmission is not working right but the techs at Ford wouldnt listen and today i drive the truck to school and you would hit the pedal and it wouldnt go just sits there and barley moves,
then the truck throws 4 brand new injectors so this hurts me as i go to town then the check engine light comes on and the overdrive light flashes. What could be the problem now?

For the tranny, first, check that the selector cable is sliding into position on the trans, next, check fluid level, Next, place a presure gage in the test port, Test port is an 1/8 NPT fitting, you will need about a 1" nipple, then maybe a coupling, then a preasure gage. I will go get the presure reading you will need here in a second, or send you to the link.. Give me a minute here.

Here you go, this is a start.
The port is a 1/8" NPT, standard pipe thread.
The port is on the driver's side of the trans, towards the front, just above the pan. It's near where the shifter cable attaches to the trans.
Here are the pressures to look for:
IDLE----------------------STALL (foot on brake throttle to the floor)
P 55-65------------------ N/A
R 75-99------------------240-265
N 55-65------------------ N/A
OD/D 55-65-------------156-174
2 55-65------------------156-174
1 75-99------------------157-186
If your level is good, and you have no presure, then next thing you will need to do is drop your pan and check to see if you filter is still connected.
Good Luck..
