Corner Gas Farewell
They had a farewell for corner gas this weekend at the film studio here in Regina. For $10 you got to tour the corner gas sets like inside Brents parents house, inside the police station and inside the ruby. We also got our picture taken with some of the actor's Hank, Oscar, Officer Karen and Davis. All the proceeds went to the neonatal cinic. It was good, I have seen the stuff in Rouleau but not the film sets here in town. It's too bad they are shuting in down after six seasons.

It is too bad. It's a great TV show, naturally funny. Quite unlike a lot of the CBC 'comedies' that are on.
Corner Gas has been a great success world wide......sold in 33 countries I think.
I always get a kick out of the Map rack in the gas station. City maps for sale, include Regina, Winnipeg and I think Saskatoon.
Everything about this show has a genuine feel to it. You could be anywhere is the Southern prairies....Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Alberta.

Karen is very hot, I have met her a few times, all the cast have been nice when ever I have seen them.
