7.3 missing/low rpm roughness..HELP!!!

Hey just got my truck back from a local ford dealer getting the cps recall done...dont know if its a coencidence but now the truck idles rough and at lower rpm accell seems like its missing.....any ideas...
note. I threw a new fuel filter in today no better...tried programmer back to stock..no better...truck is a 99 with just 60k miles

It sounds like a bum cps to me. I'd get one from International, or from DP Tuner and change it out.

Me to. I be calling up ford and get it back in. If they are going to charge yea, I would toss it in myself before it leaves you walking.
