SD Roll Call and Introductions

Hey SD members, introduce yourself, where you call home and a little about yourself so other SD members can get to know you.

Also, add your first name to your signature so I know who I'm yelling to, lol.

Howdy everyone, guess I'll go first!

My name is Rob and I currently live in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, just across the river from Sioux City, IA.

I've moved a couple times in the past few years. I lived in Montana until June 2004 when I moved to Omaha. A better job opportunity came up so I moved up here to SD in November 2007, after commuting daily for a year (ugh!). I'm still pretty active in the Nebraska FTE chapter, and I'm looking forward to helping get the South Dakota chapter going strong.

No Ford pickup at the moment, but I plan to have another late 70's 4x4 in the garage by December. My current daily driver is a 2007 Ford Five Hundred.

I am Ryan. Loved Fords all my life. Come from a Ford family. I live in Pierre. I have a 79 F-150 and am in the process of a buying a 92 F250 that will be a work pickup. Flatbed and other goodies.

I do lawn and landscape work.

I am excited that South Dakota now has a chapter. Thanks for all the help.

I'm Roger, but no longer live in South Dakota... Moved out that way in 95, to Buffalo Gap, then Highmore, then Huron. Stuck around the Huron area until 2003 after my back failed. I was working at TCF in Brookings from 98 til 03. I still wander out that way on occasion, lack of funds have been the issue as of late...

I'm Frankie. I went to school Huron and moved right out to Murdo after i graduated. I currently go to LATI( Lake Area Tech) in H20town for diesel tech. My grandpa and dad raced fords in baja and dirt track from the 60s till the early 80s. I was naturally born into it. just look at my sig and those are my fords i drive. just give me a buzz when you are in watertown.

I'm Dave, live in Madison... Got lots of neat old Fords and other cars... The current pickup is a '71 F-100 that started life as an F-250, farm truck from around Montrose. Bought it 17 years ago and have been working on it off and on ever since.... I used it for a fill in between customer jobs. When I got busy on other projects, it went back to the warehouse. At one time it sat there alone and neglected for a bit over 4 years!!!! Now it's almost done and up for sale... Also building a radically customized '67 Ranchero and an '88 Bronco II. The Bronco will be a street terror, new frame and big horsepower, the Ranchero will be a "pro touring" type cruizer....

Anyway, I'm semi-retired due to disability and about all I do is build Fords! I love 'em all!!! Future projects include a couple Torino's, another bumpside, and possibly a one off type Ford powered roadster...

Good to see a new forum for us, hope it keeps goin' and growin'.......
