Well first off, sorry for being a lurker here for the past 9 months or so. This is my first diesel, so please bear with me in the future. I've been trying to gain some knowledge, as I'm not to fond of sounding like an idiot when I speak, and somebody else working on my truck is, well, a last resort.
Anyways, I did some research before the purchase and came across this place. I doubt very highly there is a better (and especially this forum) site out there, and frankly I haven't looked in quite some time and don't plan to any time soon. With that said, picked up an '03 7.3 CC LB 4x4 w/26,000 mi. back in November, thanks all. I've only put the Tru-Cool in and did the tranny flush(w/ Marks directions), but more to follow as the cash allows.
Now for the BIG thanks. Spoke with a friend that I haven't spoke to in about a year last night. Seems a while back he picked an '05 CC. Long story short- $4,000 under warranty and about $5,000 out of pocket to fix everything that 6.0 has thrown at him. Gotta run for a while but thanks and great to be here. Tony- Long Island, NY

Damn Kris & Ron I couldn't have said it any better myself!!
Well if you've lurked that long, then you've figured out that no one will give you a hard time about asking questions on anything you don't understand.
Now are you sure a truck with only 26k miles on it is right for you? Maybe we should trade so you have one that's already broken in.
Congrats on the great find. Stay on top of the fluids and filters and this truck will last you for a long time. Don't be shy about jumping in. Welcome to the club.
Again sounds like a great find. And welcome to FTE. I myself was an on looker for sometime. I still don't post that much, I like reading more then typing, inless I have a LONG question.
But anyways, if you have questions, ANY questions this is the only place to ask them and with the best feed back.
