Upgrade my heads
I have a 1977 f150 with a 302, i'm looking to upgrade my heads and install a hotter cam. I'm been reading threads about valve clearance. I'm trying to figure out if I can use the heads with a 2.02 intake valves. The cam I am looking at has a lift under .5

If your engine is basically stock, except for the cam, you should probably stick with a 1.90" intake. The 2.02's would be overkill. Would most likely lose some low end torque and throttle response. Anything else done to the engine?
