Well, I have solder and flux designed specifically for aluminum. (leftover from a repair on a cracked intake manifold) but being in the threads I just don't see it working very well. Thanks for the info on the seal. I will pick that up while I'm there.

Not sure what's all included, but part# for return line seal kit shows to be F81Z9C387BA.
