How to clean-out a hydroboost
I've done some searching but can't find quite what I'm looking for. I was grinding next to it before i realized the hoses were off...so there's some metal shavings in the threads. I've taken it apart and don't see that any got inside, but I want to be sure it's clean before I put it back together. So my question is: What product should I use to spray out the inside, solvent? brake cleaner? carb cleaner?

thanks for the responses. I checked all the innards over real close and didn't see any sign that metal shavings/dust had got past the pressure or return fittings. So I just cleaned the threads from the inside out, wiped everything down, and put it back together. This system is in a rock crawler and will be inline with full hydraulic steering; so I thought about attaching a magnet to the cooler/filter to catch and rouge particles.
