In Need Of A Catalytic Converter

I have a 2002 F150 just about to hit 100,000 miles and everything seams to be going wrong all at once. So far this year i've had the transmission rebuilt, the a/c compressor replace, then 2 months later the grab wheel on the compressor, and now the cats. i just replaced the front cat on the drivers side last week and now the second cat on the drivers side went out. i got a universal one for the front cat because it was cheap but the second one has the O2 sensor built into it. I cant find any a universal that has the hole for the O2 sensor. If anyone knows where i can find one i would greatly apperciate it. If anyone has an old stock one that is still in good conditon that they would want to sell. please let me know. i would definately be interested.

Thank you.

Not sure about a source for the cat, but I do know you can make a pretty simple CEL eliminator to effectively ignore the code that would come from the O2 sensor for the second cat.
Maybe you can find a generic cat converter and do that.
