truck running sluggish...

I've noticed recently when I hammer down on my truck (06 f250 4wd kr) the turbo gauge will hit 20 or barely over and the rpm will maybe hit 3500 and stay there for about 5 secs then shift. Anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

are you reading a stock gauge?? I had a similar problem, mine didn't change the shift patterns but I did loose boost pressure. I found a cracked up pipe to the turbo and a cracked intercooler boot.
