I have a 1993 Bronco. The build date on the door jamb is 6/92. Seems awful early....The title and all manuals that came with it say 1993. And it has 4 wheel ABS which I think started in '93. Did they start the model year early? Thanks.
Ok. I haven't seen one this early before. I have a couple built in October, November, etc....Especially since this wasn't a re-design year like the '97's that came out in Jan '96. Just seemed odd.....
I had a 78 f250 SC that was born June 27 77 and it had the wht striker label and frt back 60's and that was considered a 78.So I think it can happen in June

Ford will tell you on what day and month and year your vehicle was made. Go to Ford Motor Company: Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Hybrids, Parts - Ford and click on Customer Relations and give them your VIN and name and snail address and they will sent you a nice letter in their letterhead that will give all of the factory options on you vehicle and the exact date of manufacture--or shipping.
