Heads
I was building the engine from my 88 F350 and found out the heads are cracked. I have some heads off a 6.9, can these work? 88 7.3 and 86 6.9? If not, where might I find some heads.

Nope, different animals. Head bolt sizes are smaller on the 6.9 and no way to modify them.

Ebay often has heads, junkyards or Alabama Cylinder Heads has new ones for 300-400 each. I've got a couple of sludged out heads I bought with in a lot of idi parts from some guy that was selling all his parts and moving back to California. One cold winter here in CO and he was heading back to the beach. Anyway, if you can't find anything local, I could sell you these. Shipping would probably be alot and I have no idea what condition they are in, but judging by the sludge, they probably need rebuilt.
