Great chat on POR 15 and Zero Rust (ZR). I've used POR for years and like it 'cause it brushes on and is hard as rock. The key is it sticks only to ROUGH surfaces, like rust. People put it on smooth (or not clean) surfaces and it peels. Funny story - I was on Welcome To Autobodystore.com having this same conversation...They like ZeroRust too and I was on that site extoling POR's virtues. Then one day I go into Walkers and use my business name, which is the same as my OnLine name, E-Tek, and he says: "I got a call from the ZeroRust people and they said next time you where in to give you some ZR for a trial". I never gave anyone online my real name, but (apparently) the Moderator at Autobodystore.com also sells ZR and must have told his agent in the states about me and saw that my hometown was listed. The agent then called the only agent for ZeroRust in SK, which happended to be Walkers and asked if he had a client named E-Tek. Low and behold, they found me.
LONG story short, I'm doing a comparison right now between POR and ZR and will publish my findings in the spring. First moral of the story? One can't hide -even on the WorldWideWeb!
I`ve never used POR products, when I tried to obtain some afew years back it was all private sellers that never delivered the goods, only promises.
I very happy with using ZR and I have no reason to switch.
