400 engine build up for Brad
Aussie heads, Hyd. roller cam.

I couldnt get the video to play for some reason. Wonder what the comp ratio is with the 30cc pistons and aussie heads.
I've been playing around with the CamQuest Software on the CompCams website. Its a free download and I was just curious how accurate the hp/tq numbers are in relation to a real dyno. How accurate is DesktopDyno in relation to a real dyno?

yes, yes, yes & no Joe. But you were close
It is a 400 stroke, our pistons for the aussie heads, but it has a hyd roller cam and scorpion rocker arms.
The heads have the 2.040" SS intake valves, but were used the same 1.650" exhaust valves that were put in the CHI heads.
We were running 10:1 compression ratio, with pump premium fuel
Again peak HP was at 28 degree ignition full advance. Really demonstrating the advantage of quench.

Hello TMI, when you said he was close did you mean on the cam? The cam he suggested is the one that I just bought to install in my 400 build(xe262h, bought the K-kit) Too late now but since your the expert is that a good cam for a 400 with a set of your 14cc pistons, weiand 8010, edel 1406, Headmann headers?
Still planning on calling you to order the pistons this week just waiting for the machine shop to call back and tell me what size to order.
Oh yea is that a HEI dist on Brad's motor?
