Try Marti.com for a new Warranty Plate. Marti bought 1000's of build sheets from Ford in the 1980's and prolly has all the info.
If Marti doesn't have the info, here's most of it.
1965 F250 Warranty Plate codes:
There are two possibles for the 4 speed trans. It's either a Warner or a New Process 435.
EZ way to tell which one it is: The cap that retains the shift lever to the tower on the Warner trans screws off/on. TRANS code: F
The cap for a NP 435 has two visible notches and twists off/on by a 1/4 turn (you press down on the cap to do this). TRANS code: N
Caribbean Turquoise PAINT code: B
8' bed Styleside pickup wheelbase: 129"
Model code: F250
AXLE code 4.10-1 ratio: Without limited Slip: 24 / With Limited Slip: B4
352 as listed on the Warranty Plate: 172 HP @ 4000 RPM. This is the NET HP figure, the decal on the aircleaner sez 208, this is the gross HP figure.
BODY code: What color is the interior, green, beige, or? Is this a Custom Cab or a Standard Cab?
I need this info before I can give you the correct BODY code.
There's a DSO (District Sales Office code), but...I need to know what Ford District Sales Zone Office handled the original dealer order before I can give you the two digit DSO code.
If you don't know, and you can't get a Marti Report...it's up to you what major city you could use. The truck was built in Dearborn @ the Rouge Plant, these vehicles were sold all over the US, so any major city could be a substitute.
EDIT: I see you are in MI, so...
DSO code for Detroit (Dearborn): 33 / Lansing: 35 / These are the only MI cities listed in the parts catalog under the DSO codes.

It has all the same info in the exact same places, but it's longer and narrower.
