Not really sure - my brother and a friend of his went Turkey shooting into Wisconsin this spring and they came back with Bennellis ---> pump, 3 1/2 magnums, adjustable choke, synthetic stocks for around $280 or so!
Benelli makes a darn good shotgun - on their autoloaders the action operates by inertia instead of gas, so they won't let you down if you aren't real picky about cleaning your guns. If you can get into one of those babys for $280 bucks you can't miss.
well i just picked up a mossberg model 835 ultra mag waterfowl shot-gun yesterday. 3 1/2 inch, adjustable choke, 28 inch bbl, 12g. so far i like it...shot off 2 boxes of game loads last night...

Did you at least go and shoot some of the rodents with that new gun they sure tend to hamburger those gopher around here ,I think I went though about 10 boxes of trap shot ,between the trap shooting this spring and on those furry rodents. AJ46

What prompted you to get the 3 1/2 Sherm, I didn't think you would get something like that. I do like my old Mossberg, it has served me well for a long long time. I am taking it with me over to the farm, there is some chicken hanging around so when I am combining sometime next week with any luck might have some chicken for supper some night, or some partridge.
i know i sort of contradicted myself by getting the 3 1/2 inch gun, but i was noticing that with my 3" that if i was trying to pump it too fast, the empties wouldn't clear the chamber and get jammed in there. this way there's lots of clearance. i doubt i'll ever use a 3 1/2 inch shell... not into pain that much.
