Talking Mileage

I'm sure this thread has come and gone, but how miles do you guys have on your 80's F Series? My 1983 F-100 just logged 300,000 . I plan on keeping it. I'm sure there are plenty with more but 300 k is a lot.

my 90 that I had built by ford went 226000 when I just cut her up. the replacement 90 f150 Im working on has 141000. I sold my other 'california' 90 f150 with 150000 original miles on the I6/E4. My 81 f100 has 123000 original, the 89 f150 had 143000 when I just sold its carcass, (and my Blahzer had 180000 when I sold it, and the restored K2500 had 230000 when I sold it)

My 460 has about 130k hard miles, it's tired and burning oil. I did get another motor to swap in that runs strong and burns no oil but has 150k miles.

Just turned 74,000 miles. Bought her in '96 with 38,000 so that comes out to ~3,000 miles per year ... mostly pulling the fifth wheel and hauling stuff. Not a daily driver and definetly not in the winter. Clyde stays in "the barn" when the snow flies.

Daily driver is a 30+ mpg '98 Tracer wagon that just turned 174,000. Barring physical damage that one will be around for a looooonnnngggg time I hope.
