Ya still havin problems (lol its very rare for me to say that ). I just havent had time to fix it, now i am finally gettin time to fix it. So its that sensor on the intake piping that goes right before that filter?
Thanks for the info. Ill let you guys kno how it goes. The codes went away for a little bit then they came back lol. So anyways i have to repalce the IAT and the CPS. I replaced the CPS at 70k and know it went bad again and i have 140k. So i think it went bad again because when i replaced it in the first place, i went with a autozone one. So i ordered a CPS from the dealership yesterday. The reason why i need a pic of the IAT is because when ever the parts guy types in IAT in the computer, it comes up for the 7.3! So i need to get a part numb off the IAT lol He said that happens alot. Looks like ford loves their diesels to much. They sell to many of them on the lots and now every time you type in a part, it comes up for a 7.3 haha
I just poped my hood and their is nothin where your arrow points.
what year is your rig?
I hope it's not mounted with the sensor I think it's setup with but will have a second shot at it, before hand of the grim news. Check the intire intake heck take it off, if there isn't a sensor located on the intake (the section from the filter to the throttle body) it'll be built in with the maf not sure if the sensors are built with in the same incloser but I wish for some one to chime in as I can not say I'am 100% sure
If that is indeed what is wrong, then the whole MAF must be replaced. Did you put the intake back to stock or is it still a mucked up with intake parts from other cars?
Why did you replace the CPS (Cam Position Sensor?). Never heard of that going bad on a V10.
theres a way to test it before hand, grey wire from the maf is the IAT sensor signal and the black/white wire is the sensor(s) ground. Conect up a ohms meter and see what it reads

Its kinda "mucked up" LOL haha. I put the OEM MAF (the back part of the filter) and i took the front part off and the filter and put a aftermarket one on. Its not the Cam Position Sensor. Its the Crankshaft Position Sensor.
