im not dissin ford, cause ive had nothing but love and great reliability from them, but sometimes its really hard to deal with some of the combos they have. i think the only way to know what i have is to take it apart and go from there.

Back in the early 70s in Las Vegas no less, I found a junkyard 1962 390 H.P. 375 horsepower single 4 barrel. I was able to bore it .080" over as it was the same block as the 406. Of course I made it a 428CJ because I had the crank and heads from the 428CJ I detonated all over the strip one night.
