Adding XLT Lariat options...

I need some information regarding whether or not I can add Power Windows & locks from an XLT Lariat into my 88 F-150. I have just about completed the transformation Except for the exterior trim pieces (I don't really like the black molding, but the wheel well trim looks good by itself)

I know that the truck was already pre-wired for some things, like Interval Wipers (added 8/2000), Tachometer Instrument cluster (added 1998). That's what I've been doing is building the truck I want. I get more satisfaction out of it that way.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Kyle

[font color="red" size="4"]I have not done it personally, but they should be a direct swap into your doors. You would think Ford would have made them so that either power or manual parts would fit the same door. Go to a salvage yard (or where ever you are getting the parts) and compare them to your current doors and see if they match. Then get the parts and the wiring harness and you should be ready to go.
