oil?

Hello I know a lot of people here run Rotella for oil here and I have a question about blow by fumes. Friday I was due for an oil change and decided on Rotella because of all the good things I have heard well after the oil change I went for a ride out to my friends camp and when I got there I couldn,t believe the blow by fumes (my ccv vents out under the drivers side front fender) you couldn,t even stand by the truck without gaging lol usually it is not a problem I may get a wiff now and then I just came back from using the truck today and it doesn,t seem as bad but it is still smoking more than usual .

so I was just wondering has anyone else experienced this?

mine smokes visably, but its pretty much normal. and its not the greatest smell but i have found that each brand oil smells differently. i like the smell of ford oil best.
