Brake Problem or not ??

excessive wheel bearing play perhaps I would check all 4. Is the master cyl new or reman, i've seen a couple of the remans not work so good. disconnect lines from m. cyl. and plug cyl, mash brakes and hold to test. If allright remove one plug and connect line back to port; mash and hold. next reverse procedure for other line. This may help you figure out if the problem is with the front or rear DO NOT drive while doing this.

With the truck running, if you pump the peddle quickly (make sure it goes all the way to the top so the master lets fluid back in the replenishing port) does the peddle get farther away from the floor? And if yes will it hold there under firm peddle pressure?

We, well I, need more info on the hydro. conversion. It's definitely something I'm interested in doing to both of my IDIs.
I've picked up pieces of the process here and there but not the entire thing. I'm sure there was thread on here in the past.
