Fuel system problem

I have a 1979 Coachman RV (E-350) with a 460 with carburator. I acts like it runs out of gas. We thought it might be vapor locking but now the temps are cooler it still does it. It has a mechanical fuel pump and well as an electric (both new). The carburator has been rebuilt, filters changed, tanks dropped and cleaned. It only does it when it gets warm. You can make it 15 to 20 miles before it quits. Let it cool off and you can drive again. When it quits it acts just like it runs out of gas, it will start again right away but only idles than dies. I'm beginning to think it's not fuel related. What electric problem could cause this type of problem? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

When it dies is it still getting fuel? You could put a clear inline fuel filter just before the carb or take the lid off the air cleaner and pump the throttle and check the accelerator pump to see if there is fuel available. Is the gas tank vented properly? All fuel related, but you need to eliminate fuel supply as the problem.

If it's still getting fuel, then my experience with these have been to change out the ignition box...sometimes when they go bad it's from all the underhood heat....
