Evacuating

6.20 AM now, woke up about 4.?? AM, told we're evacuating from hurricane Gustav. Everyone please say a prayer for my family, we really don't know where we're going. We're thinking maybe Vicksburg again, but we're unsure. We're trying to leave ASAP to avoid traffic congestion. I'm hoping my old truck holds up. My motor does not get along with heat.

If anyone is from Tx or La gulf side, maybe I'll see you on the rode? Good luck and God bless to all.

Good luck and safe driving. My company is putting together rapid response teams to go in and help with clean up/humanitarian aid so I may be headed in the opposite direction in a few days.

Just heard that Gustav is up to a category 4. 140 MPH sustained winds.

Good luck to all.

We evacuated this morning, came to San Antonio. Hoping to have something left to go back to. Not a good feeling when you turn on the news and see an arrow pointed at your area.

Hope you all have good luck and minimal damage from this..

I couldn't imagine having to evacuate, but I am sure it is necessary..

He said,,,you want to take a half million dollar truck into a hurricane? Are you nuts? I said,,you need to ask? He said,,,No and NO!

Gonna be heading out to TN in the morning, Not directly in LA myself but i'm going to get away from here. Probably will have about a good 12 hours of the north-east quadrant where i'm at. So its time to run for a couple days
