bronco trany prob.

i have a 95 bronco with a 351 and e4od trany some times it dosnt shift and the OD light will flash, code readers say its fine n the speedomiter works as well, any ideas?

Can your code ready pull the 3 digit codes? If the transmission is not shifting and the OD light is flashing, the transmission is failing something.

no iv had it on 3 of them they dont read anything

try the paper clip method. Ford Fuel Injection has instructions. the code readers dont always work to well.

Amen. and get a nice big Analog sweep VOM so you can see the digits. I've got a Simpson 260 that I can sit between the hood and the windshield and sit behind the steering wheel and catch the codes. It's alomst like being able to count them like the windshield wiper passes....
