Need advice on 1978 Ford F-150 2wd, 460 engine ,MSD Dist & 2-AL module , D3VE-A2A heads 94.1 Chamber 2.08/1.66 valves, Bored 30 over ,2.5" Pipes w/ Flowmasters , C-6 Tranny , 350 Gears / Trac-Lok Diff , Tire size 28" , Looking for a better cam than stock also looking at street avenger 770 vac secondary {I have a new Performer RPM intake 1000 - 6500} Don't get me wrong here i'am not trying to build a dragster but just want to wake-up this big block
Looking at Lunati VooDoo cam # 61601 Specs are :
Advertised Duration (Int/Exh): 256/262
Duration @ .050 (Int/Exh): 213/219
Gross Valve Lift (Int/Exh): .535/.540
LSA/ICL: 112/108
Valve Lash (Int/Exh): Hyd/Hyd
RPM Range: 1000-5500
Also new valve springs , retainers , locks
Has anyone used a VooDoo cam yet and what was your luck??
