Everything listed is pretty much common stuff and considering it has not been in for service since October of '05, I would say that it should be ok...

The truck does have a couple of outstanding recalls on it though...

The only thing I noticed was that the oil cooler was never replaced even though the head gaskets were and the egr cooler was.
