hey guys havent been on here in a while i need some info from ya.i need to put ball joints on my truck i think when i lock the hubs in and put it in 4 wheel it squalls like a s.o.b!!! and i got down and unlocked the hubs and turned the drive shafts and the drivers side looked like it was gonna hit the top of the ball joint(they arent sealed ball joints like the pass side) so i was thinking ball joints u joints or possibly hub,maybe wheel bearings?what do yall think?and with the stacks idea i want to fab up a single stack for my truck the junk yard down the road is selling 4 foot sections of semi stacks for $36 how can i fab an adapter from my factory exhaust to make it fit?cause i know that too drastic of a change in the exhaust all at once is a bad thing for power and i need all i can get.any help would be great thanks guys..........

for the stack idea. I took a 1/2 inch plate (cut it out in 5 1/2 inch diameter circle) after i did that i put 2.5 exhaust hole inside of it. pushed the 2.5 inside and then welded it up to the 2.5 pipe so it didn't leak and then welded the stack down ontop of the plate. i didn't notice any power loss by makign a adapter like that on my dump truck.

Spindle bearings are on the way into the ball joints.
If I had to change spindle bearings, I would do it when I changed the ball joints.
Same with U joints, they have to come out to do ball joints as well.
What axle do you have?
