Blue fuel???

help me understand, how could blue fuel be related to injector orings? The fuel has to go thru the filter before the injectors right/ if so then how would it be related to the orings? Does that make sense?

Yes, the fuel goes into the filter before the injectors...

Oil mixing in the fuel. If the o-ring that separates the fuel and oil in the injector cup goes bad oil (higher pressure) goes into the fuel. If its not used in the injector then it goes out into the fuel filter housing and fuel tanks thru the return system

Tim you are saying that fuel does go unused and it does get recirculated back into the fuel bowl?... If so.... I understand now, thanks. I have had a bluish tint in my fuel bowl for about two yrs. About as long as I have had the truck. It never smokes though, you would figure oil getting past the injectors would cause it to smoke.

Yes fuel that is pumped into the heads goes unused and is returned to the filter and tank. Most times fuel has a blue/green tint. Black is another story. Black is usually either oil or algae.
