I'm looking for a used F150 or Ranger for my soon to be driving son. Probably a "93 or later. I would like to buy one with airbags (at least driver's side) and can't seem to locate a site that describes their availability vs. model year. Can anyone tell be what years I should be looking at or direct me to a site that can? Were they options some years and standard later?

I know that one of my friends has a 92 f-150 that has a drivers-side airbag,so possibly 92.

 

Drivers side airbag became standard in rangers in 1995.

Then you can select year and make.
They have a writeup on new features for that year plus a list of options for the various trim lines.
They don't have all vehicles but, have quite a few going back to 1991.
