I might also buy rebuilt kits for my 3/8 snap on ratchet F720A, if they still sell them, if not would he exchange for a new one?
Also I am getting the RAT803A set

If you get their extensions, don't get either standard or wobble. Get both. The wobble ones snap with excess torque, but the standard ones can't get into "tight" spots. Both are lifetime warrantied, but there's no point in breaking a tool if it can be avoided.
As for your rebuild kit, from my experience, the Snap On rep will install the rebuild kit FOR you, free of charge. If you buy the kit, you're on your own. He won't outright replace the whole tool unless it's right hooped.
With that RAT308A kit, and the FC936, you're pretty much set for 3/8" drive ratchets.
Another ratchet that's paid for itself is my SLF936, a 24" 1/2" drive flex head. Also used daily.

If the truck is driven by the local vendor (who you should be making friends with), ask about deals on repo'ed and trade-in tool sets, be they Snap-On or other.
Don't be the guy who goes in debt for too much new gear, be the guy who nails slightly used gear for a good price because the tool vendor wants to clear it out!

I am going to use Craftsman sockets with snap on ratchets,
Will the Craftsman sockets last in dealership shop?
I like SK extenstions, I got a few of them at the swap meet around 3 bucks each.

I also like SK tools - one of my 3/8 ratchets is the swivel head, similar to the Snap-On FH747 - many years on it now, and it's one of my favorite tools. It's the S-K 3870

Craftsman sockets won't hold up to impact use, and their wobbles will wear out on air ratchets (but may be easier to warranty).
Depending on what your working on, I would look at some fill in sockets, like 5.5mm swivel and deep sockets, 12mm 12 point (notice this is Ford stuff) sockets, (wobble and regular).
I would also look at Snap~on's locking extensions, not the regular, but the impact (can be used on both).
How about a spark plug ratchet? (bent handle flex)
I use a LOT of Craftsman tools, filled in with a LOT of other brands (some inherited, that the companies are no longer in business, some industrial tools, like Armstrong, Williams). There are times it is nice to have both, like Torx sockets. The Craftsman are softer, and wear out, but may fix in a plugged up (rust, paint, dirt) spot, where the Snap~on won't. But the Snap~on on tougher, they don't wear, they shear.
