Im pretty sure the cabin filter is located in the glove box region either inside on a compartment or underneath it but I know that most vehicles nowadays have to have one so they pass regulations and what not if you aren't able to find it either YouTube or quick google search

This thread is ~2 years old.
The gen'12 (2009-2014) F-150s do NOT have cabin air filters. *The heated/cooled seating does have filters, however, would not constitute cabin air filtering.
Prior to that ... 2004 was the last year for F-150s having a cabin air filter. *And that was a retro-fit kit for 1997-2004 F-150s.
Cabin air filters were re-introduced in the F-150s in 2015.
